Applied online, received phone interview, followed by a job shadow and interview with three members of management. After job shadow interview consisted of meeting with supervisor in person and two telephone interviews, the process took about two hours to complete.

First they send you a questionnaire to complete, then a phone interview with an onsite recruiter. After that there is a 2 hour interview including: 30 min shadow, 2 - 30 min face-to-face interviews and then another 30 min phone interview. Everyone seemed very nice. Be sure to give detailed responses and show that you did your research.

Initially, there was a phone interview which led to an in person interview. The interview consisted of a shadowing of the position I was interviewing for, followed by two additional phone interviews in a conference room by upper management and finally a one on one interview with a local manager. It lasted approximately 3 hours. Very relaxed environment.

The first interview was a phone interview. About two weeks later I was invited to an official interview. This interview was very organized. It began with a 30 minute job shadow, followed by a 30 minute interview with the manager that you will work under, then there were two additional phone interviews with someone in Mass and GA.
