The employees are Hanover are all very welcoming and didn't drill you with questions. In fact, they didn't use the question sheets most interviewers did, but turned it into a conversation. On the second interview I was shown exactly what the job consists of and got a better view of what i was applying for. Everyone was so nice and made it much more comfortable.
