Smooth for first few rounds great people and communication from all parties. After final stage was told I was the candidate. Several weeks went by where they strung me along only to hear back that they decided to go internal. Quite amazing I have never went through a hiring process like this in my near 20yr career. Definitely the most unprofessional company and process I have ever experienced, However, it seems I avoided a landmine especially from a firm that really "CARES". Stay away!!

Basic questions but one candidate was provided with a preview of the questions that aided in the person being selected. Five people were part of the interview process but the person choosen for the position was pre-selected.
