I was initially contacted by the recruiter and then was subsequently asked to meet with hiring managers. Two weeks went by after my 4th interview and when a call came in from The Hartford, I expected it to be an offer, but instead it was an invitation to meet with two additional people. The process was very long and I was ultimately disappointed that I was not extended an offer.
