Met with an assistant manager and department supervisor. Was asked six questions that they ask every candidate. Interview lasted about 20 minutes. Was asked about times I would be available to work. I work part time mornings and was looking for something in the afternoon or evening and weekends. Was not offered a position because they needed someone available at different times of the day.

They care a lot about your customer service skills and your ability to talk to and help customers. They also want you to have vast knowledge about the store and where certain items and brands are located.
