I applied online, and about a week later is was contacted by the stores Associate Coordinator. When i arrived for my interview, I was seen right away. The interview had standard interview questions, like how would handle situation "A". After the interview I was given the option to join as a Lot Associate or a Cashier.

just a conversation with the HR team, asked the basic questions and nothing to stressful. they made the process very easy and the interview was actually truely with only one single person
5 minutes not even an interview just acceptance. I walked in and they said when can you start and if I can submit to a drug test and background check I said yes and left.

The interview process was a friendly and professional experience overall. The managers are nice and accommodating to students at least at this location as I was a current student at Oregon state university and needed to work around a college schedule.
