I recently interviewed for the Process Engineer role at JM Smucker and found the process to be transparent and well-structured. The interview had three stages: an HR phone screen, one virtual interview with hiring managers focusing on my technical and problem-solving skills, and a final plant visit. During the plant visit, I interviewed with five team members, toured the facility, and gained insights into their operations and culture.
