Overall process took about a month (from applying to getting an offer). First interview was over the phone with the hiring manager and within a week or so I had an in-person interview. Ended up getting an offer about a week later. After getting the offer, I had a background check and drug test.

I was asked about why I applied for the program, what I would do with it, and a time I problem solved. It was overall really easy, just prep a little beforehand and you should be good.
