I received an email after applying and scheduled a phone screen with the recruiter. I was accused of receiving a voicemail I never responded to but c’est la vie. This process took approximately 3 weeks.

There were no real questions about my background. The person accused me of not returning a voicemail I never received. Asked if I was really employed were I say I am. Asked how I own property in one state and work in another state. Questioned my ability to work elsewhere than where I’m employed.
