Overall long and unnecessarily complicated interview process. The gap from 1st round interview to 2nd round interview was 1.5 month gap. When I got my first email about moving to the first round of interviews, I gave them my availability and they responded 3 weeks later scheduling my interview for the next day. 2nd round interview was a data presentation that was vague yet complex.
Really long and drawn out interview. Took months for them to get back to me then they gave me a week to complete my presentation. My interview was 45 minutes. Only to then ghost me, and never even formally reject me.

asked me to complete a deck and analyze an Excel spreadsheet
intermediate. felt like a particular/narrow culture fit interviewing process after the technical tests.
didn't get the offer, but the recruiter was kind + patient. for final interview, i got flown out to the office, so that was awesome for my first-ever superday interview experience!

first round was just a screening and then there was a very large gap between round 1 and 2 (turns out there was someone trying to cut the program and so they was a lot of internal things happening) but round two happened and it’s a presentation. Went to round three and they fly you out to the site and I got rejected after, and they literally ghost you straight after
