I applied online and filled out their paperwork. Then I got a call to meet them in person. I answered a few questions and filled out the paperwork again. The interview was quick and easy. Just showing up and being reliable and being a hard worker will set you apart from everyone else. Great place to work.
Easy, asks relevant questions. Casual, you should know the job and be ready to show up early and take it seriously. You’ll be the best at the job if you just do that.
Couple of behavioral / skill questions related to the training classes. Know all the types of saves and when to perform them. Also, know how to answer situational changes. 1 short interview with the lead Aquatics director. Offer next day
