2 rounds, online, comptency-based. Panel were very friendly and approachable and made me feel comfortable. However, communication from HR was poor, I was left waiting weeks before finding out the outcome (unsuccessful). Requested feedback but my email was not responded to.

I was given an exercise to complete, assessing my research skills, writing skills and analysis. I was then booked a pre-interview conversation with senior team members. If successful at that stage, they would have arranged a third phase, a proper interview.
