Applied through Smart Recruiters by uploading my CV and writing a very brief motivational letter. Heard back from the senior recruitment manager within a day and had the initial introductory call the day after. This was followed by a 30 min competency based interview with the same person I had the initial phone call with. At the end of this interview, I was told I made it on to the final stage - an interview with the Connections team managers - and did this the day after. You start with another 40 min competency based interview and then move on to a case study which incorporates a sales pitch exercise. They said they usually communicate outcomes within a week, however grad recruitment was very quick and I got my offer two days after interviewing. They are trying to make sure you understand the work they do and how they make money so make sure to look into them and be able to explain what they do and how your role fits within that even before your introductory phone call. Make sure you are not waiting to hear back from other companies/have other interviews lined up in the next few weeks after your final interview as they expect you to make a decision within a week from having been made an offer.

They will select your resume and after that their is virtual interview round and they will ask you some normal behavioural questions. Read the job description thoroughly and be prepared with the basic terms.
