Leadership takes the time to lead you through the whole building to see therapy happening firsthand and give you an idea of the day to day environment and pace of the clinic. Full tour and then sit down to discuss resume, career background, and heart for pursuing the field. If you make it to second interview, they will allow you time to overlap an RBT’s session and ask questions without the boss in the room. Wonderful in depth interview process to ideally prevent quick turnover of employees.
