I received the job through a referral from a friend. My interview process was very straight forward due to the fact that the hiring manager new my friend. He just asked me some questions about my customer service experience such as if I like the field I am in, how long have I worked in the field and what can I contribute to the Tiffany organization. My interview only lasted 10 mins because of one final question he asked me. He asked where do I see myself going in the company. My response was anywhere but down! He got a good laugh and said you are hired.

Group interview and a role play season. Round table type questioning to see how you would measure to their standards and that you could handle the job. Took a test on a computer and was given a script to respond to see how we would handle different types of customers.

Brief phone interview, followed by an invitation to an in-person interview which lasts about an hour. First you will meet with an HR Professional one on one. Secondly by the person whom you will work under if selected for employment. This will also be a private one on one interview.
