I had phone screen then the first in person interview, which included the hiring manager and some peers to this role. I made it to the second round which included some more peers, direct reports and some partners this position would be working with. All seemed to go well, then the communications just stopped... no feedback or next steps. I'm guessing based on the amount of time that passed, I did not get the job, but no one has communicated with me in weeks.
