I answered the best. Gave the most optimized approach. Some recent college grad with so much attitude took my interview. They dont know how to take phone interviews. That question was not meant to be asked in phone interview. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They will pay you less as they are startup and I dont think they are doing path-breaking work like uber or airbnb. so save your time.
