Sat down with the Reg Manager & Office Manger. Went over Resume with them. They asked me if I knew anything about door hardware? I hadn't any knowledge of door hardware. Except once installed a deadbolt. Asked me about Sales experience, cold calling ect. Phone experience, generating new leads.
