They used a recruiting firm to do the pre-screening interviews. Then I was turned over to Topco. The interview was on Zoom due to Covid. I interviewed with two people one from HR and the other was from the department that was hiring. They ended up deciding not to hire me because I didn't have any experience, even though it was supposed to be an entry level trainee program with a several month long training program. (Which makes no sense). They also tried to say that I didn't sell myself enough and my answers weren't long enough. (Which doesn't mean job success.)

I interviewed with a recruiter who past me along to the managers. Pretty easy and smooth process with really nice people! The process was quick and painless. I would call it an overall great experience,
