Was a group interview where we played games and were put into a giant group circle to be asked personal questions in front of everyone. Examples of the questions- “What do you want to be remembered for?” “What are your passions?” “Who is your role model and why?” After - 1.5 hours of that awkward and tedious huddle we were taken to speed date style interviews and finally to role play what our job position was (mine was a server) The role play part was so awkward and I definitely bombed. I didn’t get the job and wasted 2 hours of my life!
