Overall interview process was easy. Applied online and submitted my resume online.
Was contacted probably a month later submission to schedule and interview and discuss opportunities with the company. First interview was with the Assistant General Manager and was asked general clientele questions on how I would turn a customer into a client and how I what I would do to meet and exceed my sales goals. In addition I was asked to describe one of my top clients from my past employer and how our relationship came about. After the interview I was then contacted a couple days later to interview with the General Manager of the store. Last interview was just why I wanted to join the TB team and what I would bring to the company..

instead of interview, it is more a like a small talk, mostly asking questions about you resume, your availability, working right, also, to know more about your interest in luxury industry.
