Extensive, multiple interviews including an on-site. You have to take 4 tests as well, a map test, a math test, a literacy test, and a speaking test. The on-site interview is also a tour of the building you will be working in. you get to see what the day in the life of a sales rep looks like and you get the chance to shadow an employee.

The process began very quickly. The interview consisted of just as much info about the company as being asked why I would want to work there. Overall, a little pushy- what you might expect from a sales role. I removed myself from the interview process before an offer was extended just because it was not the right move for me.

3 levels of interview + a shadowing period with a current employee. All were done via phone and zoom. However, this may have changed since I applied last in 2023. I was ghosted after doing all three stages. Not even a rejection.
