Way too rigorous for something they claim is entry level, but it’s a quick process. Took about a week and a half. First you apply online. Then a day (if even that long) later, a recruiter calls to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview is basically just the most bland uninspired questions one can imagine. Then if you do well they bring you into the office where you’re expected to be in a full suit while the rest of the office is in casual attire. Expect to time box an hour and a half for this because you will spend time shadowing one, maybe two brokers before you get in front of your interviewer who basically rehashes a lot of the same questions you were already asked during the phone screen. Then if you do well for this, they’ll bring you back in for a final interview with the branch manager, where you’re again expected to be in a full suit, and you’re also expected to pass three tests: math, geography, and company knowledge. But before the final interview you’re given quite a bit of homework: submit to a background check, provide references (two of which have to be either a current or former boss), do a take-home project that demonstrates your knowledge of supply chain, and answer some “discovery questions.” Do all of this and your reward is a final interview with the branch manager who will again, rehash questions that you were already asked during the phone interview and your onsite interview. Do all of this and your reward is a “thank you for your interest but…” email.
