Sat in a room with 2 guys. Didn't seem very structured because it would get quiet and then randomly ask a question like "Have you seen any good movies lately?" (not sure if they asked me that because it was awhile ago, but something similar). They just wanted to see if I'd fit in and had a working knowledge of AutoCAD.
