I put in a application then in two weeks I got a phone call from one of the recruiters and did a short phone interview after that I was called in for a face to face interview. It lasted about 30 minutes and went very well. When I left about a hour later I got an email saying I never came to the interview , then right after I got an email saying I wasn't offer the job. It was very confusing and unprofessional. I was overly qualified for this position but was not offered the job, when I asked why they stated they gave the job to a current employee. If they were going to give the job to a current employee then why bother to interview me I thought. They seem to hire people that are not qualified. When I walked in there was a lady with tattoos all over her arms and fingers and her hair had purple in it and from my understanding your not suppose to have tattoos and your hair is suppose to stay a natural color. The people who work for towne park are very unprofessional and rude.
