The interview process was 4 levels deep & included on-site tour. The General manager was very kind & professional. E-comm manager was a cool dude & VP of ops was a nice guy! They are looking for multi-faceted individuals with career goals that align with the position. The workers at the warehouse seem happy so thats a plus i guess.
