The interview process started with a formal Teams interview where I was asked competency-based questions, completed a numeracy test, and did a sales task. After successfully passing this stage, I was invited to a store visit at the ASDA Travel Money bureau. I really enjoyed learning more about the role.

Math and English basic questions with some knowledge on different currencies. Very good interactions skills needed in order to persuade the customer to exchange their money in the airport as rates are high.
