HR will deliver the selected candidates to hiring manager, sometimes hiring manager will invite senior peers to interview for the first round then 1-1 interview for the second round. If it is a senior position, candidate might be interviewed by VP to make sure the qualification.
Hard skills are the necessary, Software skills are the key to guide the candidate to this BIG family.

Those questions are always opened up from some general questions "Talk about your self", "Why are you interested this position", "How do you think of this position" , "Tell me about the most/worst project experience...", "What did you learn from that challenges or risks". Then followed up with some behavior question; if you have chance to be a PM who was assigned to a project like..... "What will you do?"
