Hectic and exhausted internal workers with no guidance in conducting interviews. All interviews are scheduled based on TM schedule availability. First interview is done with the hiring manager and recruiter and slated for 30 minutes. Never did I hear back about salary range from recruiter. Second interview is an onsite with 4-6 folks and is 45 minutes long. This was a major red flag as the only question they asked is, "what do you like to do for fun?" Seemed like they were wanting a culture fit rather someone who had experience. Everyone seemed exhausted and majority have been working there for a minute.
