two phone interviews before on-site interview. process very smooth in terms of flight and transportation. met with principal, had case interview, lunch with an associate and a senior associate, and lastly, met with manager. everyone was very friendly and welcoming. interviews were more conversational than formal. young and vibrant atmosphere.

There was a thorough application process that includes cover letter, resume, and transcript. The application even asks for ACT/SAT scores which I thought was unnecessary. They had a long window where they were accepting applications and I got an email back only after the window had closed.
