Went for 7 rounds of interview. Everyone was very friendly and throughout the whole process they will insist it's not an interview but a chat, but trust me, it's an interview so come prepared. Honestly feels like the process could have stopped earlier because you could be rejected at the end after so many rounds, - it's not as prestigious as getting into a tech company but the number of interviews is more than those of Amazon or Meta. (At least compensate the candidates for their time!)

5 rounds of 30 min interviews Interviews were pretty rushed, didn’t feel like they were very interested. After every interview, I would follow-up with the recruiter to give my thanks and express my interest but each one was left un-responded, which was pretty rude. I sent one after every interview I had, so you can imagine I felt a little pushy even though it’s standard practice to do so. Conversations are very casual but don’t take that for face-value it’s still an interview, you will get judged on what you say and it will be applied to you as a weakness. It seems like they already had their decision made and I was used as a comparison to inform their choice (I was a late submission in the interview process).
