There was an initial phone screening followed by an in-person interview with the Head of Events. After that, I was invited back again to meet one of the team members, which made it feel like things were progressing positively. The conversations were warm and encouraging, and I genuinely felt like I was being strongly considered for the role. However, I didn’t end up receiving an offer and wasn’t given any clear feedback or explanation. It felt a bit misleading, especially after multiple rounds and how positive the tone of the interviews was. A little more transparency or closure would’ve gone a long way.
