Process took over two months. Two phone interviews, in person interview, and another phone interview. Seemed like a great smaller company and very transparent. In the end it took me reaching out three times before they sent me a vague rejection via email. I asked for feedback on the interview and no reply. Told me they thought it would be a good fit and made it seem like I had a really good chance in getting the position. They did highlight to me that they usually only hire people they know based on internal connections, which I did not have. I typically don’t review interviews but this was truly the worst experience I’ve had considering duration of the process, my commitment level, and how little they seem to care about getting back to me in the end.
