I was sent an email from a recruiter to do a self paced phone interview. I was then contacted again by the recruiter to set up an in person interview. The branch manager cancelled interview 30 mins before it was to start. I was then emailed by the recruiter to do a phone interview the next day with manager. The manager did not call me. When I inquired about it with the recruiter I was told an emergency came up. Oh and she already filled the position.

Online app followed by video submission. In the video portion you may also have to do aptitude and customer service tests. You can record the video as many times as you need which is helpful.
