Interview questions are based upon empathy and behaviors in which are needed for the contact center. Hiring process consisted of a phone interview with an automatic system that recorded your responses, then a phone interview with manager at the location, and lastly an in-person interview.

Good platform with multiple interviews. Allowed you to express yourself. Great follow up time. I would recommend focusing on how you can add value to the organization. Phone and virtual interview as well.
