It was fairly easy. After on initial phone call where you are asked to explain a DCF and time value of money/WACC we moved immediately to a super day. The three rounds, each round with 2 individuals at various positions at the firm. The super day questions were mostly behavioral. Overall very easy process.

The first round was two 30-minute phone interviews. Mix of behaviorals and basic technicals. For the questions, potentially expect multiple follow-ups. After that, you advance to the superday, which is also two 30-minute interviews.

Technical, case study-like questions in earlier rounds. Superday was mostly behavioral with a couple technical checks to throw you off. Overall just very niche and picky behavioral questions was hardest part.
