Long. It took over a month and I was passed around from HR to Hiring Manager to Country Manager and back. I believe there was also supposed to be a take-home exam but they removed that requirement

Iris reached out to me via sms to ask for the best time to call. I told her I am available the next day. She replied that she'd gonna call me. But she never called. I tried reaching out to her, asking if there was a need to reschedule, but she never replied. She ghosted me! Is this how your recruitment works? Recruiters/TA are the ones who set the company brand, you are the representative of the company and the first people to portray what it is like working with Trusting Social. If this is how the recruiter's behave, no wonder your social media in the Philippines only has eight (8) followers, imagine even your employees didn't bother to follow your page. To the management, get a better HR/TA team don't settle for less! However, the HR team in other countries is doing great in social media. That should be the standard in the Philippines, too.

After CV review, they send a test and ask candidate to finish within 3 days. Then a 2-hour interview is setup with 1 senior of the team, asking about projects and CV Then the final round interview is arranged with many team members and leader. It lasts 3 hours and candidates are asked tp choose some projects and prepare ppt to presents them to the whole team. Additional questions can be asked after the interview if 3 hours are not enough.
