Email you a hackerrank question that you have 45 minutes to solve. They are generally standard dynamic programming questions that you can find on coding interview prep websites. Then phone interview afterwards.

A offshoot of return Longest Increasing Subsequence given a sequence of numbers.
Was asked a coding question. The interviewers weren't helpful and only cared about getting the output. No guidance or hints were given. Did not seem like a good fit for me.
Applied online, recruiter reached out. Did two 1-hour interviews, mainly about C++ and operating system concepts with coding questions like leetcode. Used another company's offer to expedite the process. Recruiters are responsive and friendly.
