Was contacted by a recruiter who confirmed my interest and setup an initial zoom call with a PM. I had a nice conversation, received positive feedback, and proceeded to talk to engineers and 2 different directors, all of whom were great to speak with. Four interviews later I was told they wanted to make an offer and we proceeded from there.

Very straightforward, HR short call, then technical and coding interviews. HR provided comprehensive info about the company and the position benefits. Technical interview was not so much related to the Job description and they expected much more and deeper technical knowledge that the position requirement. Honestly, I don't think if this is an effective way to recruit as people always get prepared for interviews and they would expect to be asked about the job description and position requirements not irrelevant deep technical questions that need someone actively work on those topics to be able to answer the questions.
