Applied online and was emailed to schedule a phone interview. Was able to schedule the interview through their online portal. The first 10 minutes of the phone interview are spent verifying you are okay with the times, and conditions of this type of position. Once finished with the basic job overview, was asked 3 STAR behavioral questions.

They did not get back to me, they ghosted me and then sent me emails to rate the experience. I felt ignored after reaching out to the HR and no reply still.

Was over phone had about 6-8 basic interview question. Interview was thorough and had a lot of fun in interview. Was easy going and gave me time with responses. I was also asked if I had question amor anything to add I did ask questions and she appreciated that. Interviewee also gave me more information about postion and picking what time shift I would want if I got the job.
The interview process at US Bank was very straight forward. One thing I would recommend is using the STAR method. Makes the interview process go by smother and you will use the STAR method on the job if you accept a position.
