I interviewed for a position in the internal recruiting department. It was a 3-hour interview made up of three one-on-one meetings with senior members of the team.I previously received a cold-call phone interview and was asked to come in for a final round on-site.

Hatte ein HireVue interview. Dabei gibt es 7 Fragen für die man sich jeweils 2 Minuten vorbereiten kann und dann 2 Minuten zum beantworten. Habe dies bekommen nachdem ich mein CV und Motivationsschreiben eingereicht habe.

Die Interviewer waren sehr menschlich und haben sich um meine Persönlichkeit gekümmert. Es ging vor allem um die Umgangsformen und zwischenmenschliche Art der Person. Jedoch auch technische Skills wurden befragt.
