Got the first round interview through my career services. First round was at my school, first there was a greeter who is currently in the Graduate Training Program to answer any of your questions. Then my interview was with two finance managers. They asked why my school, why Finance, why UBS, a time a made a difference, group project questions, what their stock price was. I was then invited to go to the "Superday". Everyone was really nice and we had a pretty cool lunch room where we met with the current GTPs and the other candidates. The schedule was 3, 30 minute one on one interviews with 30 minute breaks in between followed by a group exercise. Everyone was really nice and was given the offer the following week.
