Applied online, received an email asking for an interview (it said we are free any day next week at 2 pm) I applied on Monday received email by thursday. Emailed back the day that worked best for me- On my interview day the interviewer arrived late (15 mins), no apology for her tardiness was given. She also had not read my resume nor had a copy on hand. (so make sure to bring a copy, which I did) She asked me to review my jobs since graduation (for me that is over 10 years). I'm not sure if the interviewer was having a tough day but the entire process was uncomfortable and we sat in a room with the sun shining directly into my line of site to the interviewer. It was so bright that I had to put my hand up to block it while talking with her. She did not offer to close the blinds. Also, found out that they had been trying to hire this position for 6 months. After this process I can see why, it honestly made be see the company in a different light. After being so excited about the position, this was a total let down. Anyway, the building was very nicely decorated. The doorman/security guard was polite and kind. He made a better impression on me than UBS did.
