Friendly but at first can be intimidating. The building has to be let in through the inside, so you have to wait for someone to buzz you in. Then you wait for management to come out and you just sit there and have the interview. Quick and simple. Dress neat but formal is unnecessary, bring a notebook because taking notes of other important things you will need is a must.

Give us an example of when you have to manage multiple problems at once. How did you manage it?
Very easy and worked very well and I was pleased with all the people. It was a great experience here. I am proud of the way they worked out. All of my time was spent with me in mind.

The interview process was pretty easy. Pretty much you're hired if you're a UCD student and/or referred by an employees. You would be working with over 300 students. You can request for a specific department but sometimes they'll just put you where they need you
