You are asked your qualifications and why you want to work there. You will be asked to defend qualifications such as to how you meet the requirements for the job.

They give you a list of possible questions. Let you look at them and think/write your answers. Then a panel of three people interviews you. The panel usually is made of the supervisor, an employee who has a similar position, and an HR employee.
