I had online interview. Very casual. There were two interviewers and they were based in different locations. They took turn to ask me questions and did not ask any difficult questions. Everything about my motivation, my experience with the area they are hiring etc.

Very casual and nothing special. They asked why do you apply, any experience in the program, how you deal with difficult situation etc.
It was a written test that took place as part of a 45-minute interview process, during which I had to answer a series of basic questions in both French and English, all scheduled and completed on the same day.

Il colloquio è competence based.
Dura all'incirca 30 min. L'importante è spiegare perchè si vuole lavorare lì e poi verranno fatte delle domande per testare le tue competenze (per esempio client orientation: ti è mai capitato di non poter soddisfare completamente le richieste di un tuo cliente? Come ti sei comportata?)

I received an e-mail and was invited to an online interview. They suggested a time and date. The panel consisted of 4 people. They started with competency-based questions and then moved to more specific questions.
