Colloquio
The interview process lasted two months. I was contacted by HR the Friday before Easter and asked to complete a one-way video interview. This was a bit foreign and stressful, but I made it to the next round. The division I interviewed with is small and doesn't have office space for all of its staff; so the next interview was in UPMC East in the Crazy Mocha. This round went well and I was invited to a third round interview. The next interview was at the Steel Tower with a Sr. VP. It was ok, nothing out of the realm of normal for interviews, a lot of behavioral questions.
The one stand out thing that happened was after two months of being engaged as an applicant, when they made their final decision they didn't send me anything to let me know they were no longer interested. Even after following up with both individuals, they ignored my basic straightforward question of where they were in the hiring decision, again not even a standard generic rejection template was sent out. They seem like respectable people, but extremely inconsiderate to those that they don't hire.
The interview process was fairly easy. Typical PM questions were asked. Team was very personable. There was a group. interview. Process was pretty quick in comparison to others. Team was very knowledgeable.

Panel interview with wide range of questions from specific to system-wide view. Asked about perception of the company from an exterior candidate, which led to a good discussion of internal perception and the direction they wanted to take the team. Overall very good experience.
Virtual. Routine interview questions.
One-on-one for 1st round.
Talent Acquisition member was transparent about what they were looking for. Discussed their mission and credo, then went into round of questions.
