Tour of the building, set up next 1 on 1 interview date, go through some basic questions and decide from there.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
