Basic panel. I waited in a cafeteria with other candidates until I was called. I was sat before roughly four to five people and asked a series of questions from everyone in the room. It seemed they just wanted to see how creative I was and not just getting the right answer.
two interviews, quite thorough and went through it well. Lots of questions on personality type and working with others which was also good. Could've been longer though or involve more people like colleagues.
