Interview was 1 week after applying. You are in a room with about 10 other people as the HR person cheerily tells you about the job and how rewarding it is, but that it's also hard work. Get there early, because they will interview you in the order that you arrived (there's a sign in sheet), so arriving late will mean waiting up to an hour to get interviewed.
The 1-on-1 interview for me was very quick, 5 minutes. The reviewer asked a few basic questions which I listed below. She took my social security and date of birth information down and offered me a job right away. I didn't accept however because I was awaiting a better seasonal job offer from USPS ($12.75 an hour and no blizzard-condition work) which I got 2 days later, so I declined this position.
No drug test required, no background check required. Pay is $10.10 an hour and if your boss notices that you are hard working and reliable, you will likely be working over 50 hours per week.

They just asked my name, email address, and address. They did not ask anything about previous experiences or anything. It seemed like they just wanted to know how near/far you stay from the job's location,

The interview process wasn’t to long or too short it was just right it’s pretty straightforward and simple really easy as long as you have an ability to talk properly and process what they are saying to you
